Return-to-Work

We offer job development, job placement, and return-to-work services for employees. This service is an excellent way to show appreciation for long-time employees who can no longer perform their original occupation. See our Outplacement Services for additional information. 

1. Perform an in-person interview with the employee to determine background, education, and work history
2. Perform a Transferable Skills Analysis to determine alternate occupations for the individual.
3. Determine if retraining or higher education is needed.
4. Send weekly job leads and assist individual in applying to identified jobs
5. Assist individual in job retraining as needed.
6. Interview Preparation & Development
7. Resume & Cover Letter Development 
8. Place employee at new job/ career.
